This is a popular education class for people of color on the issue of privatization.  From Bush's Social Security scheme to Seattle Housing Authority's HOPE VI projects, the privatization of public lands, water, services, and programs is a hot topic.  Please join us as we look at the following questions:

What is privatization?  How does privatization affect our communities?  Who wins with privatization and who loses?
